THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF HEALTH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS ON OFFER. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKED, DIABETES CHECKED, WEIGHT, HEIGHT ETC. THIS EVENT IS TO IMPROVE HEALTH WITH IN NEWHAM AND PREVENT DIABETES AND STROKE.

Coping with Cancer Treatment

Are you about start treatment for cancer or part way through? Would you like to know more about managing it better? Do you live in Newham?

We are running a 1 session programme for people about to have or who are undergoing treatment for Cancer. It will focus upon skills to manage symptoms such as

  • Anxiety
  • Low Mood
  • Fatigue & Nausea
