The practice is operating a total online triage via AccuRx Online Triage.


Once you have completed your triage form, a clinician will get back to you to discuss your health query between 24 to 72 hours. Should your condition deteriorate and you become unwell, please call NHS 111.


Please call us if you have any issues accessing AccuRx Online Triage and a member of staff will happily guide you.

 Data Protection Law says that we are allowed to use personal information only if we have a proper reason to do so.

 To comply with GDPR we must tell you that we hold your data to help us to maintain your medical records. This will be in accordance with our updated privacy policy. 

Privacy Notice

The copy is available on request.   Your data is stored electronically on our secured server and is only accessed by approved UPTON LANE MEDICAL CENTRE Staff. All paper copies of the data if any is always being stored securely by the Practice Office. You can ask for copy of your data by writing to uptonlane.medicalcentre@nhs.net and also the  practice Data Subject Access Request procedure.
